New Synagogue, Berlin

The New Synagogue was built to serve the growing Jewish population in Berlin, in particular, immigrants from the East. It was the largest synagogue in Germany at the time, seating 3,000 people. The building housed public concerts, including a violin concert with Albert Einstein in 1930. With an organ and a choir, the religious services reflected the liberal developments in the Jewish community of the time. [Source]

Prominently located at the western entrance to Lincoln Road Mall, this parking garage and event space incorporates ground and scattered upper level retail, public parking and residences. The project includes the renovation of an adjacent office structure, formerly home to Suntrust Bank. Persian Gulf Complex is 4.8 million sq feet and has an astounding 2,500 stores. As far as the number of actual shops, it is the biggest in the world. But, as nice as the mall itself is, people are drawn to it because of its other features. The complex is home to two amusement parks, a bowling alley, a hypermarket, and six 240-seat theaters. Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is tied for the 8th largest mall in the world. There are 430 stores spread across five floors. Of these 430 stores are five anchor stores. The mall is part of a complex that is home to 30 offices and two hotels. [Source]

Amazing Cevahir Mall

The Cevahir Mall in Istanbul, Turkey, 4.5 million sq ft in size, is tied for the 8th largest mall in the world. Though it only has 343 stores, it has 48 restaurants, 12 cinemas, a bowling alley, show stage and a roller coaster. The stores in this mall are mostly international stores, like Adidas, Converse, Levi’s, and Reebok. Their restaurants, including Burger King and Pizza Hut, are also international establishments. National Gallery of Canada

The National Gallery of Canada, located in the capital city Ottawa, Ontario, is one of Canada's premier art galleries. Another vital cog in the Smithsonian complex in the nation’s capital, the National Museum of Natural History has over 125 million natural science specimens and cultural artifacts.
